Mastt Schedule is a browser-based construction scheduling module for project owners, consultants, program managers, and construction teams. It covers activities, phases, milestones, dependencies, baselines, and progress reporting, with Gantt, worm, and phase-based schedule views. Teams can create schedules manually, import Microsoft Project XML or Primavera P6 XER files, or begin with reusable project and construction schedule templates. Task checklists and board-ready PDF exports extend the schedule into day-to-day coordination and reporting.
The freemium structure gives small teams a low-cost starting point. The Starter plan is free per project per month and includes unlimited users, unlimited budgets and contracts, up to 10 payments across a project, plus tutorials, self-help resources, and support. The Professional plan costs $165 per project per month, rather than per user, and adds an AI Assistant, AI Contract & Payment Review, additional projects and external users, and unlimited access to the Cost, Risk, Schedule, and Dashboard modules. Enterprise adds unlimited AI usage, unlimited projects, programs, and portfolios, Dedicated Customer Success, ERP and business-system integrations, and Single Sign-On security enhancements. Agent adds real-time Agent chat, delegated work by email, company knowledge, templates, workflows, and integrations.
Schedule depth is the main reason to consider Mastt Schedule. Baseline comparison and automatic slip/gain tracking support progress reviews, while multiple schedule views help present the same plan to different stakeholders. Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 compatibility also suits teams moving existing schedules into a browser-based workflow. The trade-off is scope and platform coverage: it is web-only, and mobile apps are not part of the offering. Teams needing a free entry point and construction-specific scheduling controls should consider it; those prioritizing mobile access, or requiring explicitly documented critical-path calculation or resource planning, should look elsewhere.
