MasterSauce review
A browser-based song analyzer and mastering service with plans for independent creators.

MasterSauce brings song evaluation, AI mastering, and early-stage song development into a browser-based service for independent artists, producers, and AI-music creators. Its Hit Analyzer produces an A&R-style release-readiness report covering production quality, hook strength, replay value, arrangement, playlist fit, and commercial readiness. Optional lyrics and creative context can inform analysis, while technical measurements such as loudness, peak level, crest factor, and frequency-band energy are available when supported. The report is not a prediction of hit success; it is a structured assessment to consider alongside an artist’s own judgment.
The plans distinguish mainly by analysis, blueprint, and export allowances. Free includes 2 song analyses for the account lifetime, 3 Song Architect blueprints per month, unlimited MP3 downloads, and 1 WAV download per month. Creator costs $9 per month and provides 5 analyses, 20 blueprints, 25 WAV downloads, plus adaptive customization and exports. Pro Studio is $24 per month, with the same 5 monthly analyses, 50 blueprints, unlimited WAV downloads, and priority processing. That makes Creator the lower-cost paid option for recurring analysis and exports, while Pro Studio is more suited to users who need more blueprints or WAV downloads. The analysis limit does not increase between those paid tiers.
Mastering is a practical companion to the report: users can submit WAV or MP3 files, select preset-, prompt-, or reference-guided AI mastering, then compare the original and mastered audio with A/B playback. A Master Readiness assessment rounds out the release workflow, and Song Architect supports concepts, lyrics, and structure before generation or recording. The browser-only format and monthly analysis cap may not suit creators seeking a desktop workflow or high-volume track review. Artists who want an evaluation and mastering in one service can start on Free; those who expect more frequent analysis should weigh the fixed paid-tier limit before choosing it.
