Maropost Service Cloud review
Connects retail support tickets with commerce order details and chatbot conversations.

Maropost Service Cloud brings ecommerce and retail support requests into a shared ticket queue. Agents can handle email, phone, and walk-in requests, then filter tickets by status, priority, channel, type, tag, or agent. Contact records combine ticket history and engagement timelines with commerce details, including order history and fulfillment status. That order context makes the product a fit for retailers whose support conversations often depend on what a customer ordered or where fulfillment stands; it is less suited to teams looking for a free helpdesk or a non-web deployment.
The chatbot is a notable part of the support workflow. Built around a knowledge base that can draw on website content, documents, or a questionnaire, it answers common policy, product, and order-status questions. If it cannot resolve a conversation, that exchange can be attached to a ticket with its history, giving agents context for follow-up. The ticket queue also supports bulk assignment and closure, while incoming email can create tickets automatically. These tools focus on organizing and routing routine support rather than describing a specialized returns workflow.
The four paid plans are Build, Essentials, Professional, and Enterprise. Build includes unlimited agents and users, unlimited customer contacts, and a service dashboard. Essentials adds reply templates and unlimited customer groups; Professional adds integrations and a lower per-ticket overage rate; Enterprise includes unlimited support email addresses, the lowest per-ticket overage rate, and direct email support. The vendor's pricing page says annual billing is 20% off Essentials, Professional, and Enterprise, while Build has the same monthly and annual billing. The listed commerce integrations are Neto, Shopify, and Retail Express. Retailers seeking order-aware support and chatbot triage should consider it; teams that need a free plan, a desktop deployment, or a broader stated commerce integration list should look elsewhere.
