MarginFlow review
A margin-control suite for restaurants that need tighter food-cost visibility.

MarginFlow is hospitality margin-control software for restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, and other operators. It brings invoices, purchasing, stock, recipes, waste, sales, and labour into one operational view. The product supports independent and multi-location operators, with pricing based on locations rather than users. Its strongest fit is a small operator that wants better control of food costs, purchasing, stock value, and gross profit.
The published plans show a paid structure with three tiers. Basic includes AI invoice reading, invoice management, sales input and tracking, a dashboard, purchase tracking, and core performance reporting. Plus adds products, suppliers, stocktake, the Invoice Control Centre, and recipes. Pro includes everything in Plus, then adds menu costing, menu performance tools, labour, AI Insights, and Advanced Reporting. Pricing starts at 39 per location per month. A 14-day Pro trial is available with no credit card required, while annual billing is planned for the future.
MarginFlow covers a broad set of margin-related workflows, from invoice processing and supplier purchasing to stock valuation, recipe costing, waste tracking, labour visibility, and profitability reporting. That breadth makes it a practical choice for operators that want food-cost and margin management in one system, especially when menu costing and labour analysis are priorities. It is less suitable for buyers seeking a wider restaurant technology stack beyond these operational and financial controls. Choose it when margin visibility is the main requirement; consider another product when other platform capabilities matter more.
