Our verdict on Map Labs

Map Labs is a cloud-based web platform for managing Google Business Profiles and Apple Maps listings. It is designed for marketers, agencies, franchises, and organizations with multiple locations. The product combines profile updates, photo management, hours, menus, services, Google Posts, review monitoring, response assistance, keyword tracking, and performance reporting. Founded in 2014, Map Labs also offers optional coaching and full-service management alongside its software.

Pricing is paid and organized by profile volume. Published pricing lists Software — 1 profile at $30 per month per profile in April 2026 materials, while the software page advertises a $45/month starting price. The one-profile tier includes performance reports, keyword tracking, a review assistant, post scheduling, and a listing defender. Software — 2–5 profiles, 6–10 profiles, 11–25 profiles, 26–50 profiles, and 50+ profiles include the core software features and unlimited users. Bulk Software — up to 75 profiles and Bulk Software — up to 100 profiles add bulk software, roll-up reports, bulk updates, and bulk posting and scheduling. A 14-day trial is available without a card, but there is no free plan.

Map Labs fits teams whose operating model centers on Google Maps and Apple Maps. Comparison reports, CSV/PDF exports, review widgets, and listing defense extend the platform beyond basic profile editing, while bulk workflows address recurring changes across many locations. Its strongest case is a multi-location team that wants centralized reporting, scheduled posts, and controlled updates from a browser. Organizations needing channels beyond these two map ecosystems, or preferring a free entry tier, should consider a broader or lower-commitment alternative.
