ManageAmerica is a property-management platform designed for manufactured and mobile-home communities. It combines home and site tracking with occupancy, inventory, title and document records; resident management; inspections; leasing; prospect and applicant workflows; utility operations; billing; collections; and reporting. Operators managing portfolios from hundreds to thousands of sites can provide residents with browser access or a branded mobile app for balances, payments, maintenance requests, and announcements. The product is aimed at small, mid-market, and enterprise organizations managing multiple properties.
Its three plans organize capabilities by operational depth. Core includes community tracking, resident management, inspections and reporting, data importing, personalized onboarding, and ongoing assistance. Signature adds home titling and lease renewal, resident communications, utility management, billing and collections, plus advanced reporting and data access. Premier adds work-order management, the ManageAmerica tablet app, and the Community Resident Portal app. Published pricing uses a contact-sales model, with charges customized per property rather than displayed dollar amounts.
