Malomo is an order-tracking and post-purchase customer-experience platform for ecommerce brands, particularly Shopify and Shopify Plus merchants. It combines branded tracking pages, real-time email and SMS delivery notifications, order lookup, split-shipment tracking, problem-order detection, shipment analytics, carrier tracking, and integrations with marketing, support, and returns tools. Merchants can use Shopify-native tracking pages, hosted pages, or headless implementations, while the public REST API and webhooks support custom connections. It is best suited to Shopify brands that want post-purchase communication to remain part of their customer experience rather than relying only on carrier pages.

Pricing is structured around three monthly plans. Lite costs $49 per month and includes unlimited tracking pages, the Shopify-native Tracking Page Creator, transactional email in the merchant's theme, email and SMS flow templates, and a public API with webhooks. Starter costs $189 per month and lists the same highlighted capabilities. Growth costs $400 per month and adds concierge onboarding, Malomo-built tracking pages, branded transactional emails, dedicated support and strategy, and volume discounts. There is no free plan, so smaller brands should weigh the entry cost against their need for branded tracking and automated post-purchase flows.

Its strongest fit is the Shopify ecosystem: the integration list includes Shopify, Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Attentive, Gorgias, Loop, Rebuy, Yotpo, Zendesk, and other ecommerce, marketing, support, and returns tools. Carrier coverage spans 2,000 carriers, with shipment, fulfillment, and carrier analytics supporting operational oversight. However, estimated delivery dates are unavailable for many shipments in the Extended Carrier Network. Brands needing detailed tracking workflows, split-shipment visibility, problem-order alerts, and API access should consider Malomo; businesses seeking a free starting tier or a simpler tracking-only tool may prefer an alternative.
