Our verdict on MakeMo Designer

MakeMo Designer is a web-based t-shirt design and web-to-print tool for print shops and apparel businesses. It lets customers select products such as T-shirts, polos, hoodies, caps, bags, mugs, and tumblers, then add text, upload artwork, generate graphics from prompts, preview both sides, and submit print-ready artwork with order details. Private design links and website embedding suit businesses that want customers to customize products within a branded online experience.

The product’s main strength is its combination of customization and fulfillment workflow. Text controls cover fonts, outlines, and alignment, while artwork can be added by drag-and-drop or file selection. Customers can submit their name and email for lead capture, and Google Drive can receive and organize submitted artwork. Integrations with Google Drive, WordPress, Shopify, and Wix give the tool a practical fit for businesses already operating through those platforms. Starter includes six core mockups and a custom branded designer; Pro adds custom product images, custom branding, AI image generation, and instruction text file sync.
