Mailinator is a cloud-based email and SMS workflow testing platform for developers, QA teams, and testing organizations. It combines public and private inboxes with private testing domains, message injection, message inspection, email receipt testing, link interaction testing, and load testing. Teams can use it to validate sign-ups, password resets, OTP and 2FA flows, transactional email delivery, and CI/CD workflows without sending test messages to real customer inboxes. It runs through the web and API, with integrations for Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Puppeteer, Slack, and Postman.
The free Public plan provides unlimited public inboxes, temporary storage, no sign-up, API access, webhooks, and routing rules. Verified Pro is priced at $0 per month and adds unlimited private inboxes, one private domain, and 10MB of permanent storage. Business costs $99 per month monthly or $79 per month on annual billing, with team management; Business Plus costs $199 monthly and supports three private domains.
