#166 of 185 in Email Marketing Software

A practical traditional email tool, but limited integrations and no A/B testing narrow its appeal.

Mailforce is a web-based cloud email marketing platform for businesses, agencies, associations and public organizations. It focuses on traditional newsletter production and delivery, combining drag-and-drop responsive templates with WYSIWYG and HTML/CSS editing. Contact management includes CSV and XLS imports, segmentation, custom fields and opt-in subscription forms. Campaigns can be scheduled, while bounce handling and tracking cover opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounces. Small teams that need conventional email creation and list management should find its feature set relevant.

Mailforce’s pricing is split between prepaid email-credit packages and annual subscriptions based on delivery speed. Entry 1 costs €59.5 as a one-time purchase and includes prepaid email credits. Entry 2 and BASIC also include prepaid email credits, while their prices are not shown here. The annual 360 email/hour plan costs €296 per year and includes unlimited email sending at 360 emails per hour. The 1,000 email/hour plan costs €398 per year, and the 1,500 email/hour plan costs €539 per year; both include unlimited email sending at their named speeds. A 30-day trial with 50 email credits is available, but there is no perpetual free plan.

For campaign measurement and distribution, Mailforce includes Google Analytics campaign integration and social sharing tools for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+. Its focus is comparatively narrow: the platform covers core newsletter workflows, but it does not provide A/B testing or AI features, and it is available on the web. Choose Mailforce if your team values standard editors, segmentation, scheduling and tracking without needing a broad ecosystem. Teams that depend on campaign experimentation, AI assistance or a wider integration strategy should consider an alternative.
