MailboxToGo provides a Toronto street mailing address that individuals and businesses can manage through an online account. It is aimed at home-based businesses, remote workers, travelers and online businesses that need correspondence handled away from a physical office. Incoming letters and large envelopes are photographed, email notifications are sent, and users can request opening, content scans, forwarding, shredding or recycling. The service is cloud-deployed and accessed on the web.

The published plans are Starter, Professional and Team, with annual billing shown in Canadian dollars. Starter allows 20 incoming envelopes and 20 scanned pages per month for one recipient. Professional raises both monthly allowances to 50 and supports three recipients, while Team allows 100 envelopes, 100 scanned pages and eight recipients. These tiered limits make the choice mainly a matter of expected mail volume and how many people need access. Each plan includes the core online mailbox workflow, while forwarding can be directed to addresses in Canada or internationally.

MailboxToGo fits users whose mail consists of letters and large envelopes and who value remote visibility, selective scanning and digital retention. Mail shredding and recycling requests add options for disposing of physical correspondence after review. However, the service does not accept boxed packages, so it is not suitable for parcel receiving or package consolidation. It also offers web access rather than a broader native-app platform, and support is provided by email. Choose it for a Toronto address with scan-and-forward workflows; consider a package-capable mailbox service if boxed deliveries are central to your operation.
