Our verdict on Maedix
Maedix is a cloud-based Instagram DM automation tool for creators, businesses and small teams that want to turn post comments into conversations and capture leads. It can reply publicly to comments, send follow-up DMs from keyword triggers, and route flows based on follower status. A built-in leads view and conversation inbox support follow-up beyond the automated exchange, including manual replies and thread history. Use requires an Instagram Business or Creator account.
The free plan includes one active automation, up to 100 leads, and unlimited comment and DM replies. Pro costs INR 149 per month or INR 999 per year, with up to five active automations, up to 1,000 leads, and a message queue. Creator costs INR 249 per month or INR 2,241 per year; it adds unlimited automations, up to 2,500 leads, automatic processing of queued messages, and priority support. Enterprise offers volume pricing, white-label options, custom automation and lead capacity, and priority support with an SLA. The pricing policy says purchases are non-refundable.
The visual builder, quick replies, URL button templates, and follower branching suit teams that want control over how comment-driven leads are handled. AI conversations can support lead qualification, while session logs record sent and received messages. The listed integrations are Instagram Graph API, Razorpay, and Amazon Web Services; the product is web-based and email support is listed. Its entry points are centered on comments and keywords, so teams seeking automation across other Instagram entry points should consider whether that scope fits. Maedix is a practical fit for solo operators and small teams focused on comment-led lead capture; it is less suited to workflows that need broader entry points or higher capacity than the listed plans provide.
