Lyyti is an event management platform for organisations running in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. It combines branded event websites, registration pages, attendee questions, invitations, email and SMS communications, ticketing, payments, surveys, reporting, check-in, badge printing, and participant-facing mobile tools. Professional event organisers, sales and marketing teams, and organisations coordinating events across multiple markets are the clearest fit. Its breadth also supports both attendee-facing experiences and organiser workflows.

Pricing is organised into four plans, with amounts available through a sales process rather than a published price list. Starter includes one user account, 10 events and 500 participants per year, registration pages, event webpages, automated email and SMS communication, and real-time event reporting. Basic adds a second user account, unlimited events and participants, payments and tickets, automatic waitlists, and surveys. Professional includes two user accounts, unlimited events and participants, ticketing and payments, a REST API, ready integrations, Google Analytics and Tag Manager, and SSO authentication. Enterprise adds customised delivery, support for multiple users in different markets, and high standards for data and information security. Contracts are usually 12 months, with invoices ordinarily issued 12 months in advance.

Lyyti fits organisations that need a broad registration-to-onsite workflow rather than a narrow registration tool. Its ecosystem includes HubSpot, SuperOffice, Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Stripe, Voyado, and Univid, while web, iOS, Android, and API access support different operating models. The platform also covers capacities, waitlists, reporting, Experience Value Score measurement, and custom integrations through its REST API. Teams wanting a free plan, transparent public pricing, or a smaller tool focused only on simple events may prefer a more limited alternative. Lyyti is a stronger choice when communications, ticketing, attendee operations, and integration depth matter together.
