Lytx Fleet Safety is a video telematics and driver safety platform for commercial fleets across trucking, transit, field services, local services, and government operations. Its toolkit brings together AI and machine-vision risk detection, dynamic scoring, in-cab alerts, video evidence, driver performance reporting, coaching workflows, and electronic logging and hours-of-service tools. Drivers can review performance through the Lytx Driver App, while managers can investigate incidents, monitor trends, and support compliance efforts. The platform is offered with DriveCam hardware and related fleet management services.
Its strongest differentiator is the connection between detection, context, and coaching. Lytx can identify risks with AI, adjust scoring using environmental context, and deliver real-time audio and visual alerts inside the vehicle. HD, live-streaming, and on-demand video give managers evidence for incident review, while configurable self, remote, and manager coaching workflows support different operating models. Safety recognition, scorecards, milestones, trend analysis, and mobile self-coaching extend the system beyond event capture into ongoing driver development.
Lytx uses contact-sales pricing and offers a limited-time trial of up to 30 days; hardware shipment fees may apply. Its integration list includes Assured Telematics, Descartes, Fleetio, Route4Me, SambaSafety, Tourmo, and other fleet and safety platforms, giving larger operations options for fitting the product into an existing technology environment. Choose Lytx if your fleet needs proactive risk detection, video-backed coaching, driver analytics, and compliance capabilities in one system. Smaller operations or teams seeking a simple standalone tool may prefer a narrower product with less emphasis on fleet-wide safety management.
