Luw.ai Studio review
A broad browser-based workspace for architectural planning, modeling, furnishing, and rendering.

Luw.ai Studio is a browser-based architectural design workspace for architects, interior designers, real-estate teams, homeowners, and students. It turns natural-language briefs, floor-plan images, room photos, sketches, PDFs, LiDAR scans, DXF files, and IFC files into editable 2D and 3D floor plans or scenes. From there, teams can furnish rooms, validate placement, check door swings and clearances through a mandatory 2D self-audit, walk through models with collision detection, and generate architectural renders.
The plan structure covers individual experimentation through larger team deployments. Free includes 2 credits every day, 512×512 output, watermarked results, basic models, and all tools except Video AI and Enhancement. Pro costs $19 per month and adds 200 renders, 4K output, no watermark, all AI tools, a commercial license, and email support. Max costs $39 for 500 renders and priority support, while Ultra costs $79 for 1,200 renders, API access, and a dedicated account manager. Studio, Agency, and Enterprise expand capacity to 5,000, 9,000, and 20,000 renders per month, with up to 50, 100, and 250 team members. Custom adds unlimited capacity and seats, SSO/SAML, a custom SLA, an uptime guarantee, and SOC2/compliance support.
Its ecosystem is a strong fit for workflows that move between design software, AI editing, and production assets. Luw.ai Studio integrates with Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla, AutoCAD, Blender, SketchUp, Unreal, Claude Desktop, and Cursor. DXF and IFC import supports CAD/BIM continuity, while PNG, SVG, GLB, OBJ, and STL export supports downstream documentation and 3D work. Archiagent provides scene editing through 40+ validated tools, and MCP access supports headless control. Teams seeking broad architectural visualization workflows should consider it; those needing only lightweight image generation may not need its wider planning and modeling scope.
Luw.ai Studio pros and cons
- Where it wins
- Converts briefs, photos, sketches, CAD, and BIM files into editable scenes
- Combines furnishing validation, collision-aware walkthroughs, and up to 8K rendering
- Supports broad exports, integrations, API access, and MCP headless control
- Where it doesn't
- Free output is watermarked and limited to 512×512 resolution
- Video AI and Enhancement are excluded from the Free plan
- SSO/SAML, custom SLA, and uptime guarantee require the Custom plan
