Loyalty Gator is a cloud-based loyalty platform for businesses running customer or employee rewards programs. It supports points-based programs, digital punch cards, action-based rewards, referrals, gift cards, stored value, promotions, reporting, branded enrollment forms, and customer transaction emails. Web access and API connectivity support single-location merchants, multi-location businesses, franchises, coalition programs, and enterprise deployments. For small businesses, it provides a broad set of loyalty basics without requiring a narrow punch-card-only approach.

The three plans increase customer capacity and add progressively broader capabilities. Bite supports up to 100 customers with unlimited loyalty transactions, rewards, and promotions, plus points and digital punch-card programs. Snack raises the limit to 5,000 customers and adds automatic birthday points and Zapier integration. Meal supports up to 10,000 customers and adds a customer web app portal, referrals, social integration, Google Analytics, and Tawk.to integrations. A 30-day free trial is available, while the product remains a paid service rather than a free-plan offering.

Loyalty Gator fits businesses that want multiple program types, operational reporting, customer portals, and connections to commerce or business tools. Its integration list includes Mailchimp, Zapier, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, Stripe, Square, and TangoCard. The developer API and white-label options also suit businesses that need branded or customized loyalty experiences. The main constraint is scale at the entry level: Bite's 100-customer limit may quickly become restrictive, while larger programs must move to higher tiers. Businesses needing more than 10,000 customers should consider another platform.
