Our verdict on Loud Alarm Clock
Loud Alarm Clock is an Android alarm app from j labs for people who want more control over how an alarm sounds and looks. Its focus is a customizable wake-up experience: users can choose volume-boosted audio or random sounds, adjust the clock design, and set a personal background. It also offers local weather and a time after which snoozing is unavailable, making it suited to individual alarm needs rather than a broad suite of clock tools.
The app’s standout depth is in alarm customization. Backgrounds can come from photos or the camera, or users can choose built-in designs; voiced comments can play when an alarm is snoozed or dismissed. The snooze cutoff adds a practical constraint for users who want snoozing to stop after a chosen time. These options make Loud Alarm Clock a fit for someone who values sound and visual choices in an alarm, though the published feature set does not establish broader scheduling or clock utilities.
Loud Alarm Clock is freemium and has a free plan. Google Play lists ads and in-app purchases, while no paid-plan pricing is included here, so buyers should treat the free app and its in-app purchase model as the relevant cost picture. It is Android-only and mobile, with email support. Choose it for a highly customized, loud alarm with weather and snooze controls; look elsewhere if you need a wider clock feature set or a different platform.
