Look Digital Signage is software for creating, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across one or more digital displays. Its browser-based CMS supports retailers, restaurants, corporate teams, schools, healthcare organizations, hospitality businesses, and enterprises managing distributed screen networks. Content options include images, videos, audio, HTML ZIP archives, websites, video streams, text, and QR codes. Teams can build drag-and-drop multi-zone layouts, schedule playback by time, date, day, loop, or location, and deliver content through web, Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android environments.
Its strongest distinction is the combination of interactive layouts and automation. Interactive scenarios can include buttons, triggers, QR codes, and widgets, while API and Zapier access connects signage workflows with services such as Power BI, Google, Instagram, YouTube, and RSS. AI tools are available for content creation alongside images, text, QR codes, and templates. For distributed networks, locally cached content supports offline playback, and screen monitoring adds alerts, screenshots, and proof-of-play analytics. Advanced roles and single sign-on extend the fit to enterprise deployments.
Pricing is paid-only, with a 14-day free trial. The PRO plan costs $15 per screen per month with monthly billing or $13.50 per screen per month with annual billing. The public pricing calculator also displays volume-based pricing, while on-premise deployment is quoted separately. Look Digital Signage suits teams that need interactive content, automation, offline playback, and operational visibility across multiple screens. Organizations seeking a free plan or a simpler signage tool with fewer workflow and access requirements may prefer an alternative.
