Pawn shops, pawnbroker chains, gold buyers and second-hand or consignment stores can use Lombard X to manage contracts, clients, cash operations, inventory and sales in a cloud platform. Its free Starter plan is aimed at shops that want core workflows without an initial subscription cost. The feature set also covers automatic interest calculations, partial payments and reports, while higher tiers extend document handling and branch operations. That breadth makes it relevant to small and mid-market businesses, though shops needing advanced capabilities should compare the paid tiers with their operating needs.

The plans add capabilities in steps. Starter costs €0 per month and includes contract creation, extension and return, client cards with documents, cash and shift tracking, shop management for unredeemed items, basic finance and portfolio reports, and contract printing from templates. Standard adds advanced reports, CSV export and multiple document templates. Business adds commission trading, AI valuation by photo, AI price search on marketplaces, an audit log, API access and bulk contract printing. Premium focuses on multi-branch work, with cross-branch reports, branch comparisons, employee assignment, white labeling, client email and SMS notifications, and accounting exports for DATEV, Xero and QuickBooks. A 14-day free trial is also advertised without a credit card.

For shops where valuation and item turnover are central, the combination of photo-based AI appraisal, inventory, shop sales and bulk price revisions is a useful operational focus. Integrations include DATEV, Xero, QuickBooks, WhatsApp, Google Gemini and Stripe, and the REST API supports programmatic connections. The cloud deployment and branch-level access controls suit operators managing locations, but the free tier is limited to one branch and a monthly contract limit. Shops needing consolidated branch reporting or multi-branch employee assignment will need Premium; those seeking only basic contract and cash workflows may find Starter sufficient. Email is the listed support channel, and GDPR is the stated compliance posture.
