Lokta is a loan servicing and management platform for banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders, and lending service providers. It focuses on post-approval operations, including repayment schedules, payments, prepayments, rate resets, restructures, closures, collections, recovery, accounting, monitoring, and audit trails. The platform supports personal loans, consumer durable and BNPL, vehicle and EV loans, home loans, loan against property, business and MSME loans, and supply-chain and invoice finance. It can operate above an existing loan management system or use its own loan ledger, with web, API, and self-hosted deployment options.
The published Lokta Next 100 plans show a free term for eligible NBFCs in an application-only programme. During that term, the package includes loan management, collections, accounting, reporting, analytics, and controls. After the free term, or earlier threshold crossing, the published rate is ₹1,000 per crore of AUM per month, billed monthly. Migration and bank-integration fees are separate from the platform subscription, so lenders should assess the full implementation scope alongside the recurring AUM-based charge.
Lokta’s strongest distinction is operational depth: its double-entry, event-sourced ledger sits alongside a 190-parameter product builder, loan-level accounting and GL mapping, maker-checker controls, structured audit records, and parallel reconciliation from legacy systems. AI servicing agents can propose routine actions, while policy checks, approvals, and audit trails keep those actions within lender-defined controls. Integrations span NACH, UPI, payment aggregators, core banking and escrow, credit bureaus, co-lending partners, collection agencies, WhatsApp, and borrower channels. Lokta suits lenders that need configurable servicing and controlled migration; teams seeking a simpler, narrowly focused loan tool may find this operational breadth unnecessary.
