Logiware is a cloud logistics platform for freight forwarders, 3PLs, container freight stations, bonded warehouses, and General Order facilities. It combines transportation management with warehouse management, covering freight quoting, booking, execution, invoicing, receiving, directed putaway, wave picking, shipping, inventory control, customs, document generation, and event tracking. Its support for multiple languages, currencies, entities, role-based access, and multi-site operations makes it a fit for logistics companies coordinating complex operations across offices or facilities.

The product’s breadth is its clearest differentiator. Freight teams can manage ocean, air, ground, and drayage shipments, while warehouse teams handle receiving, picking, shipping, cycle counts, reconciliation, and lot, serial, and expiry tracking. Container, vessel, flight, and terminal events are included alongside customs filing and status management. Document generation from Word templates adds an operational layer for repeatable paperwork. This combination should suit 3PLs that want freight and warehouse workflows in one cloud system; smaller operators with straightforward shipments may prefer a narrower tool.

Logiware also provides an integration-oriented foundation. Published connections include Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, ONE, Evergreen, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Teams, Slack, PayCargo, and CargoSprint. EDI, REST, GraphQL, and WMS APIs support broader connectivity, while customer portals and 3PL billing address external collaboration and commercial workflows. The platform is available through web, iOS, Android, and API access. According to the vendor’s pricing approach, prospects contact sales and request a demo, so it is better suited to buyers evaluating an operational platform than teams seeking immediate self-serve purchasing.

Logiware pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Covers freight booking, execution, invoicing, and multi-mode shipments
    • Combines warehouse workflows with lot, serial, expiry, and inventory controls
    • Offers carrier, ERP, accounting, messaging, payment, and open API integrations
  • Where it doesn't
    • Pricing requires contacting sales and requesting a demo
    • Its broad scope may exceed the needs of simple, single-mode shippers
    • Multi-site freight and warehouse operations may require more implementation planning
