Logitude is cloud-based freight-forwarding software for freight forwarders, consolidators, NVOCCs, and import/export managers. It brings shipment management, quotes, bookings, freight documents, tracking, customs workflows, rate management, invoicing, accounting, customer portals, and reporting into one platform. Air, ocean, road, multimodal, and multi-leg shipments are supported, making it relevant to small, midsize, and enterprise operations that need a broad operational system rather than a tool focused on one transport mode.

Pricing is structured by user and billed monthly. The Smart plan costs $75 per user per month and includes the full freight-forwarding solution, invoicing, collection, costs, profit and loss, quotes, a digital portal, automations, and customizable dashboards. Professional costs $99 per user per month and adds full CRM, an interactive digital portal, advanced reporting, and workflows. Enterprise includes the full solution, full CRM, an interactive portal with a private domain, unlimited dashboards, unlimited customization, and a private data warehouse. A 14-day trial is available without requiring a card, and annual billing is offered.

Its breadth is the main reason to consider Logitude. Carrier communication, container status updates, document archiving, customs clearance, tariffs, one-click shipment generation, APIs, and operational accounting connect commercial and execution work. Listed integrations include INTTRA, e-AWB, airlines, Odoo, and QuickBooks. Two-factor authentication is available, while the vendor describes SOC 2 Type II certification as in progress. Choose Logitude if multimodal coverage, accounting, portals, and configurable workflows matter together; choose a narrower alternative if you need native access beyond the web or a more limited operational scope.
