Logistaas is a cloud-based transportation management system for freight forwarders, shipping lines, and NVOCCs. It brings sales and pricing, shipment operations, finance, document generation, carrier communication, tracking, reporting, and customer access into one platform. Its operational scope covers air, sea, land, customs-clearance, consolidated, transshipment, and multimodal shipments, making it suited to small freight-forwarding teams that need more than a CRM but do not want separate tools for each transport mode.

Pricing is organized by the capabilities a team needs. Sales Booster costs $45 per user per month and includes freight CRM, lead, opportunity, and quotation management. Operations Engine costs $65 per user per month and adds sales and CRM, shipment operations, finance management, and sea, air, and land shipments. Customer Experience costs $85 per user per month and adds a customer portal, shipment tracking, and invoice viewing to the professional modules. All-in-One Powerhouse for accounting users also costs $85 per user per month and includes all modules, native accounting, e-invoicing, and profit and loss per file. There is no free plan.

The platform’s ecosystem is a practical strength for freight businesses working across carriers, accounting, and visibility services. Listed integrations include INTTRA, Traxon CargoHUB, Descartes, WebCargo, Xero, SAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, TallyPrime, Zoho, Sage, and Wakeo. Core workflows include booking requests, carrier communication, automatic shipment document generation, consolidation and transshipment management, invoicing, and dynamic volume and profit reports. Choose Logistaas if your team needs broad forwarding operations with customer-facing tracking and financial workflows. Choose an alternative if your operation requires a desktop deployment or a CRM-only tool without the wider forwarding system.
