Logezy is cloud-based recruitment agency software for temporary staffing businesses. It brings together vacancy and shift management, candidate and client records, placement history, compliance tracking, digital timesheets, invoicing, portals, mobile apps, and workforce communications. Its stated use cases include healthcare, hospitality, education, home care, logistics, and construction. That makes it a fit for agencies managing temporary workers, bookings, availability, documents, timesheet approvals, payroll exports, and client invoices in one system.

The plan structure scales by administrative access and workforce size. Entry Level includes 1 Admin User and up to 25 Staff, alongside vacancy management, a recruitment portal, digital timesheets, and a candidate mobile app. Startup costs £100 per month, billed monthly, for 3 Admin Users and up to 200 Staff. Established costs £200 per month, billed monthly, and raises those limits to 6 Admin Users and up to 400 Staff. Enterprise provides unlimited admins and staff, custom features, dedicated support, and bespoke onboarding. The plans are paid, and pricing is listed in GBP plus VAT.

Operational breadth is Logezy’s strongest point. Agencies can track document expiry, manage candidate applications, coordinate client and candidate portals, automate client invoicing, and use in-app chat, push notifications, SMS, and email. The web, iOS, and Android availability supports different working environments, while an API is included among the listed platforms. GPS clock-in and e-signatures add useful controls to timesheet workflows. However, the product is less suitable for teams prioritising extensive integrations or AI-led recruitment capabilities. Choose Logezy when staffing operations, portals, compliance, and timesheets are central; consider an alternative when ecosystem breadth or AI is a primary requirement.
