LockProof is field-work verification software for property managers, HOA and condo boards, facility teams, and other organizations that rely on outside contractors. It schedules vendor jobs, sends workers text or WhatsApp links, and captures live photos while blocking gallery uploads. The system records server-set timestamps, SHA-256 evidence fingerprints, and GPS when the worker shares location. Managers can review verified, late, and missed work through a dashboard, search an Evidence Vault, and provide clients with proof links or dispute packets.

Pricing is structured across three plans. Essentials starts at $99 per month and includes randomized photo challenges, live-camera-only capture, server-set timestamps and SHA-256 fingerprints, public proof pages, Evidence Vault, and CSV export. Professional starts at $399 per month and adds manager miss-alerts, SMS, email and WhatsApp, CSV import and export, shareable proof links, Evidence Vault, and Dispute Packet PDF. Enterprise includes everything in Professional, plus a dedicated success manager and custom onboarding and training; its pricing is volume-based. The published plans show paid access without a free plan.

The product’s narrow focus is its main distinction. Live-camera capture, tamper-evident records, GPS capture when shared, AI photo review for unusual images, and searchable evidence give teams a structured way to verify completed visits and investigate disputes. Client portals extend that evidence-sharing workflow beyond internal managers. LockProof should suit teams whose primary need is documented field-work verification. It should not be the sole system for organizations that need vendor credentialing, compliance documents, insurance tracking, contracts, bidding, or broader vendor onboarding, since it complements rather than replaces those systems.

LockProof pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Live-camera capture blocks gallery uploads and records evidence fingerprints
    • Schedules jobs with SMS, email, and WhatsApp worker links
    • Evidence Vault, dashboards, proof links, and dispute packet PDFs
  • Where it doesn't
    • Does not provide vendor onboarding or credential management
    • No compliance-document or insurance-certificate tracking
    • Enterprise pricing requires a volume-pricing conversation
