LiveWebinar is cloud-based software for live webinars, online meetings, automated and evergreen events, and on-demand content. It is designed for businesses, educators, marketers, and event organizers that need audience interaction, registration, recording, streaming, analytics, and branded event experiences. Access is available through web browsers, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, with API connectivity for organizations that need additional control.

The free plan is a practical starting point for small sessions. It is a lifetime free account with up to 5 attendees and a 45-minute meeting limit. It includes registration forms, polls, surveys, a whiteboard, YouTube Player, Vimeo Player, and calls to action. Paid plans add longer sessions and additional webinar capacity. Basic shows up to 25 attendees, six-hour sessions, and automated webinars as an add-on. Plus shows up to 25 attendees, 12-hour sessions, and capacity for five concurrent automated webinars. Premium shows up to 25 attendees, sessions lasting more than 12 hours, and up to 1,000 recording viewers per 24 hours. Enterprise adds custom pricing, white-labeling, customizable features, and higher capacity.

Its strongest advantage is coverage across the webinar workflow. LiveWebinar supports HD and FHD recording with cloud storage, registration pages and embedded forms, audience Q&A, external live streaming, statistics, reports, source tracking, branding, and marketing automation connections. Integrations include Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, FreshMail, ActiveCampaign, Office 365, Slack, Zapier, HubSpot, GetResponse, and SurveyMonkey. Teams wanting a free entry point and multiple webinar formats should consider it. Organizations needing larger rooms, more customization, or white-label experiences should look to Enterprise rather than the smaller plans.
