Liquid Consolidation is a web-based financial consolidation product for finance teams, controllers, CFOs, accountants, and growing companies managing multiple entities. It connects accounting systems, maps different ledgers into standardized reports, applies configured intercompany elimination rules, flags imbalances, and supports consolidated forecasting. Group and subgroup consolidation make it relevant to organizations that need a shared view across entities without treating every accounting system as a separate reporting process.

The published plans make the pricing structure easy to compare. Pro costs €99 per month and includes real-time dashboards, Cash Flow Analytics, Rolling Forecasts, and three scenarios. Scale costs €249 per month, adds multi-entity consolidation, includes three entities, and provides unlimited scenarios. Max adds custom consolidation groups, a custom number of entities and users, and unlimited scenarios. A 14-day trial is available. Pro’s one-entity limit matters for smaller groups deciding whether the entry tier matches their structure; teams that need multiple entities will need Scale or Max.

Liquid Consolidation connects with Exact Online, Twinfield, AFAS, Nmbrs, Excel, and Auditfile (.XAF), giving it a practical fit for organizations working across those systems. Its strongest focus is the consolidation workflow: elimination entries, imbalance alerts, standardized reporting, forecasting, and unlimited subgroup consolidation are combined in one product. Small groups should consider it when low monthly cost and consolidation automation are priorities. Organizations that require multicurrency or audit-trail verification in the entry plan should choose a higher tier or consider an alternative built around those requirements.
