LineForge is restaurant ordering software from Working Order for independent restaurants, cafés, pizzerias, fast-casual businesses and ghost kitchens. It provides a branded ordering storefront, menu and modifier controls, customer accounts, order history, kitchen workflow tools, pickup and delivery ordering, coupons, reporting and digital menu boards. The product is web-based and supports an ordering page as its primary ordering channel, with coverage for one location.

Pricing is straightforward at the entry level: the Core plan costs CAD 29.99 per location per month, billed monthly. It includes the branded storefront, menu and order management, customer accounts and core reports, Kitchen Standard, coupon management, and delivery support for own drivers, Uber Direct and hybrid workflows. Plus adds Loyalty+ points and rewards, Insights Pro reporting, Storefront Studio design controls, two active Menu Boards, priority support and guided setup. Pro adds Kitchen Pro, Gift Cards Standard, four active Menu Boards, and priority support with guided assistance. Plus and Pro pricing is available by enquiry.

LineForge’s strongest fit is a restaurant that wants direct ordering and operational essentials without moving to a broader, more complex platform. Stripe, Uber Direct and POS systems are supported, although POS compatibility depends on the third-party system. The delivery choices are useful for restaurants balancing in-house drivers with external fulfillment, while digital menu boards and kitchen features extend the system beyond a basic order form. The trade-offs are its web-only platform, one-location coverage and narrower integration scope. Restaurants needing a restaurant-branded mobile app, broader multi-location management or confirmed compatibility with a specific POS should consider alternatives. Single-location operators prioritizing core ordering, delivery flexibility and a low monthly starting price are the clearest audience.
