Linbis is cloud-based freight forwarding software for freight forwarders, consolidators, NVOCCs, couriers, and 3PLs. It brings quotes, bookings, air and ocean consolidation, multimodal shipment coordination, documents, tracking, warehouse operations, accounting, and customer visibility into one web-based system. Its scope suits organizations managing more than basic shipment tracking, particularly teams that need freight files, inventory, customer records, and financial workflows connected.

The plan structure follows operational maturity. Startup includes full freight forwarding management, air and ocean consolidation, quote-to-shipment automation, bill of lading and air waybill generation, shipment coordination across air, sea, and ground, plus tracking and notifications. Premium adds inventory management, warehouse receiving and release, inventory tracking, pick, pack, and ship operations, and barcode cargo loading. Enterprise extends Premium with customizable modules, custom integrations, custom reporting and analytics, priority customer support, and data migration assistance. Startup and Premium trials do not require a credit card, while Enterprise is positioned for tailored deployments.

Linbis stands out for breadth across forwarding and back-office work. Freight accounting supports per-file profit and synchronization with QuickBooks Online, while integrations also include Xero, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, EDI, and REST APIs. AI features classify emails, extract information, and propose workflow actions, with human approval required for consequential actions. Customs data preparation and validation cover AMS and ISF, but the product is not a customs broker or ABI filer. Choose Linbis when accounting, CRM connectivity, warehousing, and multimodal execution belong in one system; a narrower forwarding tool may suit teams that do not need this wider operational footprint.
