Lime Connect review
A website messenger with routing and shared conversations, but not a WordPress-specific plugin.

Lime Connect is a customer communication platform for businesses handling sales and support conversations. Its website messenger, shared Message Center, and chat routing are aimed at teams managing incoming conversations across channels. It can suit small teams starting with website chat as well as larger teams that need routed messages, but it is not specifically a WordPress plugin.
The free plan includes 1 seat, 1 website channel, and 200 conversations, along with messenger customization, file sharing, and feedback options. Pro adds unlimited channels and conversations, a chatbot API, analytics, and live translation. Enterprise adds full API access, advanced routing, SCIM/SSO, and an account manager. According to the vendor's pricing page, annual Pro pricing starts at 87 €/month; the Enterprise plan is priced on request. The published plans make the free tier a bounded way to start, while teams needing broader capacity or advanced controls must look at paid plans.
The product's broader messaging scope is its main distinction: a shared Message Center handles conversations across supported channels, and mobile access provides chat and push notifications. Teams can configure messenger appearance and wording, send invitations after a configurable time on site, and use chatbots through the chatbot API and Lime Connect Bot Language. Routing by group or skill depends on plan. Lime Connect also lists AI features as add-ons and support through chat, phone, email, and documentation. Choose it if you need a broader customer messaging workspace and plan-based routing; choose a WordPress-specific alternative if your priority is a plugin built specifically for that ecosystem.
