Lighthouse DMS is Vxceed’s cloud distributor management software for CPG and FMCG brands coordinating distributors, sub-distributors and outlets. Its scope centers on inventory, orders, trade schemes, claims and secondary sales, with support for multi-tier distribution and operations across multiple countries. It is best suited to mid-market and enterprise teams whose priorities are stock control and fulfillment across a distribution network, rather than field-sales execution as a core part of the same product.

Inventory and order workflows are closely connected: the system tracks stock across depots, vans and warehouse bins, including batch and expiry information, and supports transfers, counts, adjustments and returns. Order routing, allocation, fulfillment and delivery tracking sit alongside purchase-order generation, replenishment workflows, and ASN and GRN handling. Trade scheme budgets, discounts, claims and outlet wallet ledgers address commercial processes, while analytics cover sell-in, sell-out, coverage, distributor performance and accounts-receivable aging. This breadth is useful for teams that need operational and channel visibility in one distributor-focused system.

ERP fit is a notable consideration: Vxceed names SAP, Oracle, D365, Navision, BPICS and Blueplanner integrations. Lighthouse DMS runs in the cloud and lists ISO 27001, SOC 2, two-factor authentication and SSO/SAML. Pricing follows a contact-sales model, and the product page directs prospective customers to request a demo. Field reps can submit orders through DMS, but Vxceed describes field-sales tools as part of its separate SFA product. Choose Lighthouse DMS when distributor inventory, replenishment and fulfillment are central; consider a separate field-sales product if reps need a dedicated set of sales tools.

Lighthouse DMS pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Tracks depot, van and warehouse stock with batch and expiry details
    • Connects allocation, fulfillment, delivery tracking and replenishment
    • Links distributor analytics with named ERP integrations
  • Where it doesn't
    • Field sales tools are handled by Vxceed’s separate SFA product
    • Pricing requires contacting sales or requesting a demo
    • Focuses on distributor operations rather than a standalone field-sales workflow
