LiftGrid is a service operations platform for elevator companies managing buildings, equipment, technicians, inspections, contracts, billing, and customer communication. Its scope suits firms that want one system for elevator and building records, preventive maintenance, fault handling, work orders, compliance documents, invoicing, inventory, and property-manager access. Technicians can work through an offline-first Android app with checklists, photos, signatures, and parts logging, while managers receive reporting, notifications, and operational records across web, Android, or self-hosted deployments.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Starter costs $24 per month and includes work orders, buildings and sites, elevator management, Compliance Hub, and the Android technician app. Pro costs $49 per month and adds maintenance contracts, proposals, invoices, certificate tracking, and smart inspection scheduling. Business costs $79 per month and adds parts and van inventory, fleet and vehicle management, advanced reporting, and data imports. A 14-day trial is available, and there is no free plan. This progression makes Starter suitable for core service coordination, while firms needing commercial workflows or inventory control will need a higher tier.
Platform fit is a notable strength. LiftGrid supports web, Android, and self-hosted deployment, with integrations for WhatsApp, SMS, SMTP, and Google Calendar. The property-manager portal extends access to faults, maintenance history, documents, and invoices, which can help service companies share operational information with customers. The main limitation is mobile platform coverage: the current technician app is Android-based, with iOS coming soon. Choose LiftGrid for broad elevator-service coverage at a relatively low entry price; consider an alternative if iOS technician access is essential or if the priority is a narrower tool focused on one workflow.
