Lettaga is an entity and compliance management platform for corporate secretarial, accounting, and entity management firms. Its workflows are aimed at teams handling company records and authority filings, with client self-service and a portal for messages, tasks, and statutory deadlines. The vendor says the service is live in Singapore and Malaysia, making it most relevant to firms working in those jurisdictions rather than teams needing broad international coverage today.

Registry synchronization is a central part of the product: Lettaga brings entity, officer, and shareholder data into its workflows, then supports preparation and submission of filings to authorities. Its stated integrations include ACRA and SSM, alongside Google Drive. For Malaysia work, it can prepare annual returns from register data for SSM MBRS filing. The platform also connects client input to compliance processes through incorporation and CDD self-service, a portal with company information and chat, and visibility into tasks and deadlines. This combination is useful when a firm wants records, client collaboration, and filing activity in one service.

Document handling extends from AI-assisted generation using uploaded templates to built-in e-signatures with signer-status tracking. Signed documents and certificates are automatically filed in entity-specific storage. According to the published plans, Lettaga is paid, with a Trial offering full suite access, guided onboarding, and entity sync without a credit card. Enterprise lists T-Sync, T-Link, T-Filing, T-Doc AI with unlimited templates, T-Drive, and T-Sign. The trial is not a perpetual free plan. Choose Lettaga if Singapore or Malaysia filings and connected document workflows are the priority; firms that need broader jurisdictional reach should consider alternatives with coverage suited to those markets.
