LetLog is browser-based property management software for UK self-managing landlords, property managers and tenants. It brings property and tenancy records, rent records, income tracking, maintenance requests, compliance dates, documents, inventories and landlord-tenant messaging into one workspace. Landlords can invite tenants to specific properties or HMO rooms, while tenants can report repairs, view shared information and communicate through the platform. Tenant accounts are available at no additional cost, and the Free plan covers one property.

The plan structure suits landlords who want to begin with basic coordination and move into more formal record-keeping. Free includes tenant invitations, basic maintenance requests, a calendar view and in-app messaging. Pro costs £14.99 per month when billed monthly and adds document storage and previews, Tenancy Hub workflows, compliance reminders, and inventory reports and signatures. Pro Plus costs £24.99 per month monthly and adds priority support to Pro. Portfolio includes everything in Pro Plus, along with custom onboarding and portfolio support. A seven-day free trial is also available. The product records rent and property income, but does not provide online rent collection.

LetLog’s strongest fit is landlords who prioritize compliance tracking, documents, inventories and controlled access. Maintenance requests can include photos, notes and status updates, while role-based permissions and authenticator multi-factor authentication add structure for landlords, teams and tenants. The trade-off is a focused, browser-only experience: no native iOS or Android apps are available, and the product does not connect to bank accounts. Choose LetLog for organized records, tenant communication and compliance reminders; consider another product if collecting rent online or using native mobile apps is central to your workflow.

    • Web-only access with no native mobile apps
    • Priority and portfolio support require higher-tier plans
