LDGERS review
Daily reconciliation and restaurant finance controls, with a choice of managed or in-house finance.

LDGERS combines hospitality accounting software with an outsourced finance service for restaurants, cafés, hotels and wider food-and-beverage groups. Its focus is daily cash, card and delivery reconciliation alongside accounts payable, purchasing, reporting and consolidation. The offering spans single venues through multi-brand groups, and the two plans suit different operating models: a managed finance team or a customer-operated platform. Restaurant groups that need reconciliation across outlets are the clearest fit; businesses seeking a free plan or a publicly priced subscription should look elsewhere.
Its restaurant-specific workflows are the main distinction. Invoice approval workflows sit alongside purchase requisitions, approvals and purchase orders, while food-cost, COGS and margin analysis connects finance work with operational costs. POS and banking synchronization supports daily reconciliation, and consolidated accounts, P&L, balance-sheet and management reporting address oversight across entities and outlets. Listed integrations include Oracle MICROS Simphony, Syrve, Aloha, Lightspeed, Foodics, SevenRooms, Xero and QuickBooks, among others. This breadth makes LDGERS relevant to groups whose finance work spans restaurant systems as well as accounting tools, rather than venues looking only for bookkeeping.
The Finance Function plan includes a dedicated finance team, the full platform with five modules, daily reconciliation, payables and payments, month-end close, management accounts, consolidation and tax support. Platform Licence is for a customer’s finance team to operate and includes native intercompany and consolidation, role-based access, integrations, onboarding, migration and training. Pricing is quote-based and listed per outlet, with no public numeric price. The choice is therefore as much about who will run finance as which features are needed. Pick Finance Function if an outsourced team is part of the requirement; choose Platform Licence if the in-house team will operate the platform. Neither option is suited to buyers who need an advertised price or self-serve free tier to evaluate first.
