Layarva review
A flexible signage platform for small teams that also need queue workflows.

Layarva combines digital signage, offline playback and queue management for organizations operating screens across locations. Its Studio canvas supports text, media, motion, widgets, templates and reusable elements, while the media library handles images, video, audio, documents and other assets. The platform serves retail and food service, healthcare, education, corporate communications, hospitality, religious organizations and public services. It is particularly suited to small teams that need queue-based signage alongside content publishing.
The plan structure starts with a Free tier covering one cloud screen, 1 GB of media storage, one offline screen, an Android Player and a Public API. Starter expands capacity to three cloud screens and 10 GB of storage, and adds media libraries, playlists, scheduling, screen monitoring and heartbeat reporting. Business adds 10 cloud screens, 50 GB of storage, one Queue Unit, four offline screens, advanced RBAC and publishing policy. Premium increases capacity to 25 cloud screens and 200 GB of storage, includes three Queue Units and 10 offline screens, and adds audit logs and approval workflows. Queue Only provides one Queue Unit and 5 GB of storage, while Enterprise offers customized capacity, storage, queue units, volume pricing and integration work.
Its strongest fit is a mixed environment where screens may need cloud, Edge or offline playback. Automatic offline caching and Last Known Good playback help maintain continuity, while monitoring and heartbeat reporting provide operational visibility. Queue workflows, REST API access, webhooks, YouTube Live, custom widgets, OneDrive and SharePoint support broader platform connections. Windows, Android, web and API access widen deployment options. Teams needing simple screen publishing without queue operations may find the broader feature set unnecessary, while larger organizations needing customized capacity or integrations can consider Enterprise.
