LawnPro is cloud-based software for lawn care, landscaping, and other field service businesses. It brings customer CRM, client portals, recurring and one-time scheduling, crew assignment, estimates, invoicing, online payments, reporting, and mobile access into one system. Small lawn businesses can start with the free Solo plan, while growing teams can add employee logins, routing, messaging, payment automation, and accounting connections as their operations expand.

The freemium structure gives Solo users job scheduling, professional quotes, invoices and online payments, client portal access, mobile apps, and reporting. Startup adds unlimited customers and properties, automated invoicing, work requests, deposit collection, and three employee logins. Grow is aimed at more complex scheduling and field operations, with waitlists, bulk scheduling, optimized routes, route analytics, Time Tracking Pro, ACH payments, and sequence automations. Plus adds two-way text messaging, auto-charging cards on file, QuickBooks Sync, text invoices and estimates, and priority support. Annual billing saves 20%.

LawnPro also fits businesses that need a wider operating workflow rather than a scheduling tool alone. It supports web, iOS, Android, and API access, with integrations for QuickBooks Online, Zapier, PayPal, and Wisetack. Satellite property measurement supports estimates, while service contracts, level billing, job timers, and customer messaging extend the system beyond basic dispatch. The main tradeoff is feature distribution: Solo is suited to one user, route optimization is an add-on for Solo and Startup, and several higher-level tools require Grow or Plus. Choose LawnPro if free core software and a path toward broader field operations matter; choose an alternative if you need all advanced capabilities in a simpler, single-tier package.

LawnPro pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Free Solo plan covers scheduling, quotes, invoices, payments, and reporting
    • Grow adds route optimization, bulk scheduling, and time tracking
    • Plus connects messaging, auto-charges, QuickBooks Sync, and priority support
  • Where it doesn't
    • Free Solo is limited to one user
    • Route optimization is an add-on for Solo and Startup
    • Advanced capabilities are distributed across higher-tier plans
