Lawcus is a cloud-based legal practice management platform for law firms and legal teams that want one system for matters, clients, documents, time, billing, trust accounting, and workflows. Its scope also includes client intake forms, questionnaires, secure client portals, online payments, legal calendaring, tasks, reminders, reports, dashboards, analytics, and AI-assisted writing through Nova AI. The platform supports web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, making it suitable for firms that need broad access across desktop and mobile environments.

Pricing is organized across Essential, Growth, and Elite tiers, with annual and monthly billing. Essential costs $39 per user per month with annual billing or $49 monthly, and includes case and matter management, billing and invoicing, and trust accounting. Growth costs $59 annually or $69 monthly and adds QuickBooks, Xero, Google, and Microsoft 365 integrations, along with Nova AI and custom fields. Elite costs $79 annually or $89 monthly and adds workflow automation, marketing automation, advanced dashboards, and a custom report builder. An Enterprise plan has a minimum of 10 users and includes dedicated onboarding, an account manager, and private cloud and SLA options. A 14-day trial is available, with no free plan.

The strongest case for Lawcus is breadth: firms can combine client intake, document automation, versioning, time and expense tracking, payments, trust accounting, portals, and no-code automation in one product. Its integration list spans Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Exchange, OneDrive, Box, QuickBooks, Xero, Zapier, LawPay, Confido Legal, and WiseTime. Firms focused on advanced workflows, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting should consider Elite, while smaller teams may find Essential sufficient. Firms requiring mobile access should note that the mobile app is available only to firms with more than one user.
