LandscapingSoftware brings scheduling, route optimization, CRM, estimates, recurring service programs, crew operations, invoicing, payments, contracts, renewals, and storm dispatch into one platform. It is designed for lawn, landscaping, fertilization, hardscape, and snow-removal contractors, from small crews to growing multi-crew companies. Access is available through web, iOS, and Android, while the crew mobile app supports stops, photos, checklists, labor, materials, and signatures.

The plan structure maps to increasing operational depth. Starter costs $99 per month and includes scheduling, route memorization, customers, leads, estimates, invoicing, flexible billing, a customer portal with online payments, a crew mobile app, and a website builder. Pro costs $229 per month and adds programs and rounds with per-round billing, chemical tracking, EPA logs, seasons, a season planner, multi-year contracts and renewals, and storm event dispatch. Scale costs $399 per month and adds visual report dashboards plus unlimited crews and users. There is also a 14-day free trial, but no free plan.

Its strongest fit is for seasonal-service businesses that need more than one-off job scheduling. Recurring visits, route planning, field documentation, billing options, online card and ACH payments, contract renewals, and snow or storm dispatch cover a wide operating range. Stripe is the listed integration, so companies prioritizing a larger integration ecosystem should review fit carefully. Smaller firms with straightforward scheduling and invoicing may not need the added contract, chemical-compliance, seasonal-planning, and dispatch features. Companies managing recurring programs across multiple crews are the clearest candidates for LandscapingSoftware.
