Landis Contact Center extends Microsoft Teams with contact-center workflows for organizations that need more than basic calling. It combines inbound queues, outbound calling from queue numbers, skills-based routing, visual IVR, reporting, manager supervision, recording options, and digital channels. Its Microsoft-oriented design makes it a natural fit for teams already working with Teams and related tools; the available company-size fit spans small, mid-market, and enterprise organizations.

Routing and IVR are central strengths. Inbound queues support skills-based, presence-based, round-robin, parallel, and serial routing. The no-code visual IVR builder supports data dips, speech input, text-to-speech, and webhooks, while dashboards and wallboards show queue and agent status. Managers can listen, whisper, or barge in on calls, and historical reporting covers queues, IVR, agents, interactions, and callbacks. These capabilities suit teams that need visibility and control across call handling, rather than a lightweight phone system. Recording, transcription, and sentiment analysis are options; recording is an add-on to Contact Center licenses.

According to the vendor's pricing page, the named plan is $75 per user per month with monthly billing, and annual billing is available at a discounted rate. The plan highlights live dashboards and call monitoring, historical analytics, visual IVR, advanced skills-based queues, live manager coaching, and webhooks. A 30-day free trial is available. Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and Copilot Studio are among the integrations; Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, and webhooks also support connectivity. Workforce management is through Peopleware, so organizations seeking built-in workforce management may prefer a different fit. Web chat and messaging channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and Facebook, broaden its scope, though chat was described as preview in the December 2025 update. Ticket and documentation support are listed, with 24/7 support and ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance. Teams seeking Teams-linked routing and supervision should consider it; those prioritizing standalone workforce management or established chat capabilities should look elsewhere.
