A focused cloud platform for tracking import costs, margins, and marketplace profitability.

LandedCost is a cloud platform for importers and e-commerce sellers that connects shipment tracking with landed-cost and profitability analysis. It follows shipments from creation through customs and delivery, allocates shared costs across products, applies duty and import VAT estimates by HS code, and supports historical or manual exchange rates. Product and supplier management, marketplace calculations, exports, reporting, and margin alerts extend its focus beyond basic shipment records. It is suited to solo importers, growing sellers, higher-volume importers, freight forwarders, brokers, and consultancies.
Pricing is structured around workspace or client needs. The Importer plan costs $149 per workspace per month when billed monthly, or $124 per workspace per month annually. It includes the full landed-cost engine, HS-code duty and import VAT estimates, product and supplier catalogues, basic marketplace/FBA profitability, and CSV and PDF export. Business costs $299 monthly or $249 annually per workspace and adds unlimited products, supplier price and quote comparison, analytics, margin-drop alerts, and advanced multi-channel marketplace profitability. Agency & Enterprise costs $49 per client per month and adds multi-client workspaces, scoped access, roles, permissions, audit trail, SSO, a supplier portal at scale, optional white-label, dedicated onboarding, and an account manager. A 14-day trial is available.
The product’s standout fit is importer economics: six allocation methods, per-SKU profit and break-even analysis, and integrations with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and WooCommerce. CSV and PDF exports plus quarterly cost packs support reporting workflows. However, duty, VAT, tariff, and profitability outputs are estimates that require confirmation with customs authorities or brokers, and the platform does not provide customs filing. Importers needing cost visibility and margin analysis should consider LandedCost; businesses primarily seeking filing workflows or broader trade-compliance operations should choose an alternative.
