L Squared HUB is a cloud-based digital signage content management system for retailers, manufacturers, restaurants, healthcare organizations, offices, and enterprises. It brings content libraries, rule-based scheduling, screen grouping, targeted publishing, dashboards, reporting, user permissions, and remote publishing into one system. The platform supports images, videos, PDFs, text, presentations, dashboards, live streams, and web or app content across TVs, kiosks, tablets, and other displays. Its strongest fit is for Microsoft-centered, multi-location teams that need centralized oversight across distributed screens.

Pricing is organized around a Free Trial, Professional, and Enterprise plan. The Free Trial includes 10 popular widgets, screen preview, image, video, and PDF uploads, and device management. Professional costs $15 per month when billed annually and adds more than 50 widgets, APIs, 24/7 support, pre-built templates, and enterprise-grade security. Enterprise includes the Professional Suite, more than 150 widgets, single sign-on, proactive monitoring, custom-developed integrations, and lifecycle and device management. The published plans show a clear progression from evaluation to broader content, support, security, identity, and operational controls.

Integration breadth is a notable strength for organizations already working across Microsoft and collaboration tools. L Squared HUB lists Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Canva, Google Workspace, YouTube, Webex, Cisco Meraki, Achievers, social media feeds, weather, news RSS, and QR code generators. Custom dashboards, workflows, live streaming, and screen targeting support more structured communications than a basic playlist tool. However, the web-only delivery and stated feature model make it less suitable for teams that require confirmed offline playback or a simpler, single-screen signage workflow. Choose it when centralized governance and integrations matter; consider alternatives when offline operation is essential.
