KYN is a web-based financial performance platform for restaurant operators, franchise groups, accounting firms, and multi-location businesses. It combines bookkeeping, general ledger functions, bank reconciliation, invoicing, expenses, financial reporting, food-cost and labor-cost tracking, prime-cost reporting, and profitability monitoring. The product works alongside existing accounting systems rather than replacing them, with restaurant capabilities suited to independent brands, QSRs, fast-casual concepts, franchise groups, and operators managing multiple locations.

Pricing scales by entities, users, and restaurant finance features. Starter costs $7.50 per month or $75 per year for one entity and one user, with bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, invoicing, expenses, and core P&L, balance-sheet, and cash-flow reports. Pro costs $50 per month or $500 per year and adds up to 20 entities, three users, multi-entity consolidation, prime-cost reporting, and inventory management. Business costs $100 per month or $1,000 per year, adding up to 50 entities, five users, multi-location visibility and benchmarking, shared expense allocation, and role-based access. Enterprise costs $250 per month or $2,500 per year, with 100+ entities, unlimited users, consolidated multi-location roll-up, single sign-on, and API and integrations. A 30-day free trial is available, with no credit card required.

KYN’s ecosystem fit is a central strength. Connections include Toast, Square, Clover, Revel, NCR, Micros, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, ADP, Gusto, Rippling, Paychex, Plaid, and Finicity. These integrations support connectivity across POS, payroll, accounting, banking, and inventory workflows, while higher tiers add audit logging, broader access controls, and consolidated reporting. Choose KYN when accounting visibility, prime costs, food and labor costs, and multi-location reporting are the priority. Choose a more specialized category solution when menu engineering, item-performance analysis, or pricing analysis is the main requirement.
