KYG Trade review
Broad customs analytics and traceability for enterprise trade compliance teams.

KYG Trade is a cloud-based global trade and tariff management platform for enterprise trade compliance teams, importers, exporters, customs brokers, and supply-chain organizations. It combines AI-assisted HS and export classification with restricted-party screening hit adjudication, tariff analytics, free-trade-agreement qualification, forced-labor compliance, first-sale analysis, product and bill-of-materials origin tracing, and continuous customs-entry audits. Web and API access support teams working across trade, supply-chain, ERP, and customs processes.
Its strongest differentiator is breadth. KYG Trade connects classification and screening workflows with tariff simulations, duty analysis, FTA qualification, and traceability at the SKU and BOM level. That makes it relevant for organizations that need to investigate origin, model duty exposure, document forced-labor compliance, and maintain ongoing audit coverage rather than manage classification as a standalone task. Integrations include SAP, SAP GTS, E2open, Oracle, JD Edwards, ServiceNow, Pega, PTC Windchill, PTC Arena, Avalara, Sayari, KlearNow, Descartes, Kharon, and NetSuite, with API connectors for enterprise systems.
The published plans are Micro, Small, Medium, Large, and Enterprise. The first four list product catalogs, bills of materials, bulk classification, multi-country mapping, alerts and notifications, and customs audit reports. Enterprise adds white-glove onboarding, SLAs, SSO, priority support, extended workflows and automations, and unlimited custom oracles. The pricing page lists a starting price of 825, says displayed prices reflect a 20% discount for annual subscriptions paid in advance, and notes a separate platform fee for all plans; add-on services are quoted separately. Choose KYG Trade for broad, integration-heavy trade compliance programs. A narrower tool may suit teams focused on a single customs workflow.
