Kosmo is a delivery management platform for local businesses, fleet operators, retailers, restaurants, marketplaces, and other organizations coordinating deliveries. It supports order imports from spreadsheets, e-commerce platforms, and APIs, then combines route planning, manual or automated dispatch, driver coordination, live tracking, proof of delivery, and customer notifications. Its web, Android, and API access cover the core delivery workflow, while the Android driver app provides optimized routes for drivers.

Pricing is split across several plans. Start is free and uses usage-based pricing, with live tracking, multi-stop and route optimization, and access to multiple couriers. Grow costs $69 per month and adds advanced logistics management, unlimited users and stores, unlimited couriers, customer notifications, branded tracking, and automated rules and workflows. Scale costs $149 per month and includes the same listed unlimited users, stores, and couriers, plus logistics automation and optimization. A separate Launch plan costs $199 per month and includes own-fleet route optimization, driver location tracking, proof of delivery, multi-stop orders, automated notifications, and route optimization. The $499-per-month Grow plan adds zones, optimization and batching, status- and ETA-triggered notifications, and a branded tracking page. Optimize and Enterprise provide tailored or custom packages.

Kosmo fits teams that need to combine their own fleet, external couriers, and business systems in one delivery workflow. Integrations include Grab Express, Lalamove, pandago, pickupp, Zeek, iFood, Borzo, Teleport, QXpress, Ninja Van, GOGOX, Milkrun, J&T Express, Rappi, and Shopify. The API connects delivery providers and business systems, while bulk order processing, multi-stop deliveries, notifications, and ePOD support operational scale. Teams that require an iOS driver app should choose an alternative; Kosmo’s driver platform is Android-only.
