KonfHub is a cloud event-management platform for conferences, workshops, meetups, webinars, expos, festivals, and other events. It supports in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats through customizable registration forms, paid and free ticketing, QR-code check-in, attendee communications, analytics, exhibitor tools, and an attendee app. Organizers can also use badge printing, certificates, feedback collection, and registration metrics. Its free plan makes it a practical starting point for free events that need more than a basic registration page.
The plan structure expands from a focused free tier to broader operational coverage. Freemium includes free events, ticket PDFs with QR codes, up to 100 registrations per event, and participant-list downloads. Lite adds UPI-only payments, analytics, discount codes, basic check-in, and email campaigns. Silver adds all available payment methods, approval-based registrations, custom email campaigns, developer integrations, check-in, and exhibitor tools. Gold adds unlimited attendees and events, an event app, exhibitor portal, AI networking, multi-checkins, and priority support. In India, the pricing model is usage-based, with percentage fees plus GST per ticket.
KonfHub’s strongest fit is for organizers that want one system spanning registration, ticketing, onsite operations, communications, exhibitor workflows, and attendee engagement. Its platform coverage includes web, Windows, iOS, Android, and an API, with integrations for Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Share, WhatsApp, Zapier, and n8n. Offline check-ins, self-check-in kiosks, widgets, buttons, webhooks, and AI photo features add breadth. Choose it when free-event support, apps, and AI features matter; choose a narrower tool if you only need simple registrations or prefer predictable subscription pricing.
