Konfeo is a web-based event registration platform for conferences, congresses, training courses, workshops and virtual events. It combines customizable registration forms, individual and group registration, ticket and seat sales, online payments, invoicing, attendee communications, statistics and data export. Organizers can issue barcode and QR-code e-tickets and manage check-in through a browser-based reception application. Its strongest fit is for small events that need payment collection and operational check-in without a broader event-app ecosystem.
The plan structure covers several event sizes and operating models. FREE event includes five free tickets, customizable registration forms, group registration, e-tickets and check-in, unlimited mailings and webhooks. PAID event LITE adds discount codes, automatic invoicing, task automation, and Stripe and PayPal payment processing. PAID event MAX includes the LITE features plus unlimited registration-form fields and unlimited mailings. The Offer for BIG events provides unlimited registrations for one event, all system features and certificate shipping. The published plans therefore move from basic registration and check-in to broader automation, payment handling and event capacity.
Konfeo’s ecosystem is centered on the browser, with Stripe, PayPal, webhooks, registration-form widgets and event-list widgets as its listed integrations. Attendee messaging, payment reminders, statistics, exports and onsite label printing through the reception application extend the core registration workflow. The trade-off is a narrow platform footprint: organizers seeking a verified attendee app or session registration should consider an alternative. Konfeo suits teams that value configurable forms, ticketing, payments and check-in in one web service; it is less suitable when mobile attendee engagement or detailed session management is central.
