Integrated invoice chasing, payments, reconciliation, and reporting for finance teams.

Kolleno is a cloud-based accounts receivable and order-to-cash platform for CFOs, finance teams, credit controllers, and revenue professionals. It brings invoice monitoring, customer communications, collections workflows, payment collection, reconciliation, reporting, and credit-risk management into one web-based system. Its invoice dashboard covers status, balances, due dates, days late, ageing, and chasing filters, while the customer dashboard brings together due balances, overdue balances, average days overdue, and open invoices.
The plan structure expands from core payment collection to broader finance operations. Business Pay includes Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage Intacct integrations, a customizable payment portal, multiple payment options, payment links, customer dashboards, and a collections inbox. Business Plus adds Clio integration, autoreconciliation, invoice dashboards, customer portfolios, reporting and analytics, and workflow automation. Enterprise plans add multiple or custom ERP integrations, autoreconciliation, reporting, workflow automation, AI and human agent support, and, on Enterprise Plus, a dedicated customer success manager. This makes Kolleno a stronger fit for teams that want collections and reconciliation connected to their existing accounting environment.
Its main advantage is breadth: payment reminders can target individual invoices or grouped customer balances, customers can view invoices, payment history, balances, and payments through a portal, and teams can manage card and bank-account payment methods. Integrations include NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP, Oracle Fusion, Stripe, Blink, GoCardless, Adyen, and Nuvei. AI-assisted collections, payment matching, and data analysis add another layer to the workflow. Kolleno suits businesses seeking an integrated accounts receivable operation; teams wanting only basic invoice reminders or a lightweight standalone scheduler may prefer a narrower tool.
