KisiFit is a cloud-based physical access control and security solution for gyms, fitness studios, wellness centers, and franchises. It combines access hardware and software management with membership-linked entry, configured access schedules, mobile credentials, QR-code entry, visitor access, activity logs, and fitness software integrations. Operators can manage multiple locations from one dashboard, support 24/7 facility access, and automatically revoke entry when payments lapse or accounts expire. It is aimed at fitness businesses that need access control tied closely to membership operations rather than a general-purpose door-entry system.

Pricing is structured around the One Security Platform and Enterprise plans. One Security Platform starts at $99 per month and includes access control, visitor management, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and analytics and reporting. The published plans also show a 30-day trial, monthly billing, and 24/7 support included with the price. Enterprise adds advanced and custom analytics and reporting, custom event retention policies, enterprise onboarding, enterprise support, and custom roles and permissions. Hardware and add-ons may be required, so the software price is not the full implementation scope for every site.

Its strongest fit comes from the gym-specific operating layer. KisiFit integrates with ABC Glofox, Gymdesk, Gymflow, Mindbody, Momence, TeamUp, Exercise.com, PushPress, Zen Planner, GymPoint, and LegitFit for membership and booking synchronization. Members can use mobile credentials, while guests can receive temporary access through guest cards, access links, or QR codes through Terminal Pro. Real-time logs, reporting, tailgating detection, and alerts add operational visibility. Choose KisiFit if access should follow membership status across one or more locations; choose an alternative if you need a lower-scope entry tool without hardware considerations or enterprise-grade customization.
