Kisi is a cloud-based access control platform for gyms, studios, wellness centers, and other facilities. It gives operators web and mobile tools for managing doors, members, credentials, schedules, visitors, locations, and access events. Fitness features include recurring access schedules, mobile app unlocking, tap-to-unlock, MotionSense, QR-code entry through Kisi Terminal Pro, temporary access links, visitor check-in, and membership-based access through gym-management integrations. It fits local facilities as well as growing and multi-site gym operators that need centralized administration.
Pricing is organized by location and billed monthly. Base costs $99 per location per month for local fitness and wellness centers with smaller member turnaround. Standard costs $149 per location per month and adds CRM integration for growing or established gyms. Pro costs $199 per location per month and adds CRM and VMS integration, API and SDK access, place analytics, and reporting. Elite costs $299 per location per month and is aimed at fitness or wellness centers and franchises needing tailored security, functionality, reports, analytics, and integrations. Additional hardware is required, and annual contracts can offer discounts.
Kisi’s platform fit is a notable strength for operators already using gym-management software. It integrates with Exercise.com, Glofox, Gymdesk, Gymflow, Momence, TeamUp, GymPoint, and Zen Planner. Multi-location administration, event exports, access audits, visitor tracking, and cross-site logs support centralized oversight, while web, iOS, Android, and API access cover different operating needs. The main dividing line is plan level: organizations needing custom integrations or developer access must choose Pro or Elite, while smaller gyms can stay on Base or Standard. Kisi suits gyms prioritizing structured access automation across locations; facilities seeking a free entry point or avoiding additional hardware should consider alternatives.
